QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a HR Generalist role.

• Knowledge of the labor legislation governing the labor market. (OSHA, WIBA and Uganda Employment Act.)
• A great communicator and listener.
• Broad knowledge and experience in recruitment, training and development and performance management.
