Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resource Officer to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in human resource management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Support staff welfare and performance management activities
  • Assist in payroll coordination and leave administration
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
  • Performance Management of Staff

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team
