Kray Microfinance is a fast-growing financial institution focused on empowering individuals and small businesses through innovative loan and investment solutions.

We are looking for a results-driven, high-discipline professional to lead our people function and drive staff productivity across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and onboarding of branch and head office teams
  • Drive staff productivity and performance tracking across all branches
  • Enforce discipline, accountability, and company culture
  • Design and implement training programs (sales, credit, customer service)
  • Manage staff performance reviews and improvement plans
  • Oversee HR operations (contracts, leave, records, payroll coordination)
  • Conduct regular branch visits to monitor staff effectiveness
  • Support management in building a lean and efficient workforce

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong personality with the ability to enforce standards and drive results
  • Experience managing teams in a sales-driven environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented organization
  • High level of discipline, integrity, and execution
  • Willingness to spend time in the field and across branches

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years HR experience (microfinance/banking is an added advantage)
  • Proven experience in performance management and recruitment

Compensation

  • Base salary: UGX 1,000,000
  • Performance-based incentives
