Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle (job descriptions, advertising, screening, interviews, onboarding) and ensure compliance.
- Employee Records and Administration: Maintain accurate personnel records and manage employment contracts.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing and administer benefits programs.
- Policy Implementation and Compliance: Support HR policy development and ensure compliance with laws; advise on policies and employment law.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and advise on improvement plans.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Address grievances, mediate disputes, and promote staff engagement.
- General HR Support: Provide administrative support for HR projects and prepare reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, compliance).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS) is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification is an advantage.
- High ethical standards and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
