Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Postgraduate Diploma in HRM or certification from a recognized HR body is a strong advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan employment laws, labor procedures, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in handling employee investigations, grievances, and disciplinary hearings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
