Background

As the IT Administrator at Savanna Fibre Limited, you will be responsible for leading the IT department, overseeing all aspects of technology infrastructure, systems, and operations. You will play a pivotal role in driving IT strategy, implementing best practices, and ensuring the security, reliability, and scalability of IT systems to support business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

01 Develop and execute IT strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals and objectives, driving innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives.

02 Assist in the IT department, including infrastructure, network, systems administration, cybersecurity, and support teams, ensuring effective leadership, collaboration, and performance.

03 Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services, to support operations and services.

04 Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence, including data protection, privacy, and disaster recovery plans.

05 Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and solutions to enhance IT capabilities, improve efficiency, and drive competitive advantage in the market.

06 Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) with IT suppliers, ensuring cost-effective solutions and high-quality service delivery.

07 Lead cybersecurity efforts to protect systems, networks, and data assets from cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches, implementing robust security measures and protocols.

08 Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise on IT projects, initiatives, and investments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

09 Develop and maintain IT budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, optimizing resource allocation and expenditure to maximize ROI and cost-effectiveness.

10 Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the IT department, empowering team members to excel and grow professionally.
