IT & Digital Media Intern job at Crowe Uganda

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile IT Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship program. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate pursuing IT- related studies who is eager to gain hands - on experience across digital platforms, design, business support functions, and IT audit exposure.

• Support website design and management using designated internal platforms
• Assist in SEO setup and optimization, including tools such as Google Analytics
• Design marketing materials (posters, social media creatives, etc.)
• Manage and maintain company social media pages
• Draft and publish articles and digital content
• Provide administrative support including document editing (Word) and formatting
• Assist in proposal design and preparation
• Support IT audit-related tasks, including documentation and basic system reviews
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and content development

• Basic understanding of SEO and web tools (Google Analytics is an added advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) are a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Interest in IT audits, systems, and controls
• Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
