IT Services Manager

We are looking for a technical leader to manage our core banking applications and IT service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Temenos (T24) and related banking channels.
  • Lead IT service operations, including incident and change management.
  • Manage EOD/EOM/EOY processing and system parameterization.
  • Collaborate with business units for new product setups and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field.
  • 3+ years experience in middle management and 3+ years in technical support/DBA.
  • Proficiency in Oracle, MS-SQL, Java, and C#.
  • Strong understanding of API Banking and Unix/Linux systems.
