DAKS Couriers Limited is a Leading transport and Logistics company in Uganda; a home-grown company with headquarters located in Kamwokya at Plot 64, Kira Road, opposite the Uganda Museum. Our products and services range from, transportation & distribution, clearing & forwarding and warehousing.

Responsibilities;
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues, responding to user inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer systems, networks, and peripherals
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Collaborate with IT personnel on escalated issues and solve them on time.
• Procure and install related IT hardware i.e. Cameras.
• Implement current IT wireless networks.
• Conducting Survey to all latest computers.

Required Skills;
• Must be able to integrate both computer office applications, voice and video systems at a minimal cost.
• Able to harness AI support services tailored to our industry.
• Able to operate systems and interpret data on time.
• Being excellent on voice and video camera will be an added advantage.

Qualifications,
• Must be a graduate of Computer Science, information technology or related Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience;
• Must have hands-on experience on the mentioned skills.
