Background

Jubilee Life Insurance Uganda is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's IT systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure.

Reports to

Assistant Manager – Business Technology Services

Key Focus

Office 365 & Azure administration, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN), system security, cloud and on-prem support, contact centre systems, and vendor management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Microsoft certification preferred
  • CCNA, CCNP, CISSP or related certifications are an added advantage
  • 3-4 years' experience in systems administration, network security, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
