Job Purpose:
Responsible for effecting the company’s, deployments, supervision and day to day running of company operations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Coordinating, deploying & supervising of all the guards.
- Formulate working instructions and operating procedures for guarding services.
- Allocation of duties to supervisors and monitor individual performance and ensure that daily occurrences are properly entered in the occurrence Books.
- Preparation of supervisors checking lists, coordinate supervision and closely monitor supervisors and guards’ performance by conducting snap checks.
- Preparation of reliever charts, daily posting sheets and deployment records.
- Handling disciplinary cases and where necessary reffer them to HR for advice.
- Conduct security surveys for manned Guarding services and advise clients & the company appropriately with reports.
- Preparation of clients visits schedule and ensure services rendered are to their satisfaction.
- Coordinating training school with deployment
- Attending to client’s complaints and visiting incident scenes and preparation of appropriate reports.
- Liaising with the police on all security matters involving incidents and investigations.
- Supervising armory officer & ensure all fire arms are registered in accordance with established laws.
- Coordinating returns and nominal roll to relevant authorities.
- Prepare monthly fire arms report & all other relevant reports & file them with relevant offices.
- Identify training needs for guards & supervisors and refer them to HR for training.
- To carry out regular physical spot checks on all guarding assignments for day and night shifts.
