Responsibilities:

  • Project Implementation
  • Stakeholders' engagement, networking, and collaboration
  • Monitoring, documentation, Reporting, and learning
  • Child Protection and Wellbeing
  • Management of Integrated Programming for RC wellbeing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Degree in Social work, health and nutrition, education, agriculture, or any other relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in community work and engagement in a reputable organization
  • Computer literate
  • Writing and reporting skills
  • Ability to communicate in applicable local language(s)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good people skills, strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven conceptual & analytical skills, ability to take an evidence-based approach to program design
  • Proven facilitation skills and history demonstrate high integrity, innovativeness, creativity, reliability, and dependability
  • Proactive personality, self-driven, and strongly motivated
