JOB DETAILS:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide Inventory and stock management support for the smooth run of the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES UNIQUE TO THE ROLE
Responsibility % Contribution to job’s performance
• To prepare and ensure necessary documentation is available for stock movement from the factory to other locations. 25%
• To receive and request for stocks and raw materials for the factory. 20%
• To conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare stock reconciliation reports for all stock that is received and dispatched. 15%
• To coordinate the organisation, hygiene and safety of the products in the storage facilities. 10%
• To coordinate the management of finished goods and raw materials at the factory. 10%
• To ensure compliance of all procedures for all requested company products ,office supplies to reduce losses and ensure proper accountability. 5%
• Any other roles added from time to time in relation to departmental objectives. 10%

CONTRIBUTION TO STRATEGY
• To promote excellence by aligning inventory management procedures with the company objectives

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise the teams that directly report to you to ensure smooth running of operations in the department.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field

Experience
• 3years’ experience in a setting with a diverse procurement procedure.
• Knowledge and understanding of inventory and stock management processes, policies and systems.

Past experience in ERP and computer skills is required
• Business Understanding / Knowledge
• Experience Manufacturing(ceramic) is an added advantage, good negotiation skills
Languages
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
