Invitation For Bids tender job at Uganda Communications Commission (UCC)

PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR UCC PREMISES FOR TWO YEARS (LOT 1& 2).

PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO: UCC/NCONS/24-25/00269

1. The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated funds to be used for acquisition of security services for UCC Premises for two years.

2. The Uganda Communications Commission now invites sealed fees from eligible holders for Provision of security services for UCC Premises for two years at its office located at Pro 42-44 Spring Road, Bugglobu in Kampalu, Communications House, Regional Office and Remote sites on the different localities in Uganda.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the National Council of Uganda Public Documents and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect leading documents from Uganda Communications Commissions or the address group below at Stp from 8.30 hours to 17.00 hours during working days.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the license below at Stp and your payment of a non-refundable fee of $ha.100,000 (Puganda Shilling One Hundred Thousand only). The number of payment will be to an independent of Uganda Communications Commission at stambic Bank Uganda Limited, Corporate Branch, Created Towetz, Kampalu as follows: Ug. data A/C No. 90300007759004.

6. Bids must be delivered to the physical address below at Stp all but before 29th September 2025 at 10.00am. Bids shall be accompanied by a full security of UOK. 4,500,000/-; - Lots bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representative who choose to attend at the address below at Stp at 10.15am in 19th September 2025.

7. There shall be a pre-bid meeting on 9th September 2025 at 11.00am.
