INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) / PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR SUPPLY OF GENERAL ELECTRICAL SPARE PARTS FOR KNIGFISHER EQUIPMENT (CFT REF: RFP-CUL-LD-00808).
CNOOC hereby Invites Expression of Interest (EOI) ro al ified and competent companies FOR SUPPLY OF GENERAL ELECTRICAL SPARE PARTS.
Note: Interested bidders shall submit, via the Company COIBID system, documentation meeting the minimum requirements outlined below. Additional supporting or miscellaneous information may be provided as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:

Evidence of valid registration on the National Supplier Database (NSD) maintained by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda for service providers in the Oil & Gas sector;

Where Joint Ventures are applicable, the parties shall submit Joint Venture agreements approved by PAU especially between Ugandan and Non-Ugandan Companies

EoIs from suitable partnerships and consortiums/vendors for the provision of the required services and/or equipment are encouraged. Preference shall be given to suitably qualified in-country registered entities demonstrating commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations.

Companies bidding in partnerships/consortiums/Joint Ventures shall submit consortium/teaming agreements showing their partnership arrangements and the leading party with the percentages.

Experience of QHSE policy, procedure and process in compliance with the Ugandan petroleum regulations, the IFC Performance Standards and the international industry standards;

Evidence of experience, resources and operational capacity to provide the scope of services, products and/or equipment;

Performance and/or provision of similar services, products and/or equipment in Uganda, East Africa or international;

Financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract;

Compliance with the Local and National Content statutory laws and regulations of the Government of Uganda;
The Minimum Requirements shall be submitted through the Company COIBID system as follows:
i. First create an account in the system by logging into https://www.cotbld.com and follow instructions to create an account as Supplier.

iii. Once your account is ready from step-1 above, login into the system to submit minimum requirements mentioned above no later than 23 April, 2026 by 1700hrs/5pm (EAT).
iv. Only bidders who successfully and timely submit the requisition must meet the minimum requirements stated in the system shall be considered for PQ evaluation.
v. Only bidders that successfully pass the PQ stage, shall be eligible for Proposal.
