The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply (01) Station Wagon and Two (02) Double Cabin Pickups

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding: a procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 2025 as amended, and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 09:00am to 04:00 PM on working days.

The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below at 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Uganda Shillings Only). The method of payment will be a cash payment to the bank account of the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA). The banking slips shall be presented to Guiu University, Procurement Unit, Main Administrative Building and upon which bidders will be issued the bidding documents.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 12:00PM on 24th September, 2025.
The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in form of a Bank Guarantee. The Bank Guarantee must be valid until 19th February, 2025 after bid submission date. Electronic Bidding will be permitted on top of a physical bid.
Late bid shall be rejected. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 8(b) at 12:20PM on 24th September, 2025. -
