  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, joint ventures, leases, mortgages and financing arrangements, and strategic partnerships.
  • Anticipate, identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks, ensuring robust frameworks to safeguard the Company’s interests.
  • Provide legal opinions advice on legal
  • Lead the management of disputes, litigation and regulatory engagement , including oversight of external counsel where required.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory and corporate governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide policies, legal procedures, and compliance programs aligned with industry’s best practice.
  • Oversee corporate secretarial functions, including Board meetings, resolutions, and shareholder
  • Drive training and capacity building across departments to strengthen legal and compliance awareness.
