JOB DETAILS:
- Participants in the formulation of the affiliate’s Lubricants Business Strategy Both Globally and
- Specifically on the Retail Network Channels
- Responsible for the execution of the affiliate’s Lubricant business strategy on the Retail Network
- Channel.
- Studies the Market to understand and identify Changes in the Lubricants Customers’ requirements and Competitor initiatives with the view of adopting the affiliate’s Route to Market to meet these on the Retail Network Channels.
- Leads the company’s efforts to deliver on their commitment to the customers (dealers and final
- customers) and the customers deliver them to the company.
- Leads and understands the technical, business and marketing detail of all the brands of lubricants that are sold through the network.
- Establish stakeholder training needs and carry out awareness and ensure training for all stakeholders along the route to the market including dealers, technicians, customer service attendants and final customers.
- Implements and monitors Corporate Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Standards/requirements in all the Lubricants activities.
- Handles and monitors growth of Retail Lubricants Sales through all the channels in the network (Bay, back court and forecourt)
- Tracking of minimum stock levels to ensure Zero Stock outs for each SKU at the Retail Service stations.
- Design, implement and Coordinates sales promotions for lubricants and specialties products on the retail channel.
- Prepare sales reports and sales projections.
- Responsible for visual presentation of the service bay and product merchandising at all retail stations across the country.
- Raises and records any complaints/feedback in the customer complaints and feedback form and follow-up on action to be taken and closed.

- Track warehouse stock balances to ensure zero incidences of falling below minimum stock levels and zero incidences of Stock outs.
- Implements and monitor corporate health, Safety, environment and Quality standards and programs in relation to the Lubricants in the network channel.
- Any other assignment by the supervisor
Person Specification
Qualifications
- First Degree in mechanical Engineering, Commerce, Economics or other related professional qualifications.
- Good Knowledge of Specialties, Lubricants and other Petroleum products.
- Selling and negotiation skills.
- Management skills.
- Computer literacy.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in technical sales and marketing.
Working conditions
- Ability to work under pressure for long periods.
- Ability to travel throughout the country from time to time.
- Ability to be available on the phone to respond to customer queries within and out of work hours.
Physical requirements
- Good Physical, Mental and overall health.

- Business acumen.
