JOB DETAILS:

Role Purpose

Ensure programs are data-driven, results-oriented, and accountable to beneficiaries and donors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop M&E frameworks and indicators.
• Manage data collection tools and reporting systems.
• Conduct baseline and evaluation studies.
• Produce quarterly performance reports.
• Lead learning and knowledge management processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Health or related field.
• 5 years M&E experience in NGOs.
