Role Description
We are seeking a diligent Machine Operator for a full-time on-site role based in Lira. The Machine Operator will be responsible for managing and operating machinery, performing routine maintenance checks, ensuring quality control during production processes, and utilizing hand tools effectively. The role requires adherence to safety standards, timely reporting of equipment malfunctions, and clear communication with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Machine Operation and handling Machinery
Experience in performing Quality Control to ensure high production standards
Skills in using and maintaining Hand Tools
Strong Communication skills for effective team collaboration and reporting
Attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Minimum educational requirement: Secondary school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
