Mission
- Ensure the respect of the hygiene rules of the company.
- Keep the documentation regarding the vehicles fleet and electrical equipment.
- Establish the preventive program and follow up for all equipment repairs.
- Ensure a permanent update of all repairs sheet.
- Coordinate the repairs program with maintenance supervisor.
- Prepare a list of basic spare parts to keep in stock for any emergency.
- Make regular preventive controls of the vehicles, electrical equipment and general inspection
- Ensures that the workshop is clean and tidy
- Participation and acquisition of spare parts locally and internationally and modification where necessary
- Train drivers on best practices of driving and basic vehicle check.
- Electrical repairs and maintenance (kitchen equipment, generators, dish washers etc)
- Tracking and trouble shooting of electrical faults in the building

Computer Literacy
