Newrest is looking for qualified and experienced people to fill the following position:
Job title: Maintenance Manager

Profile
• At least 7 years or experience in mechanical, plumbing and electrical operations
• Professional attitude and personality
• Able to work with a maintenance team
• Liaises with Camp Boss, Client's service personnel for operational efficiency, Heads of Departments and Office Staff, Support Service Staff and General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
• Complete mechanical/Electrical/ plumbing operations
• General technical maintenance of the camp
• Ensures that preventive and corrective measures of all electrical and mechanical systems and equipment are in place
• Ensures that company safety procedures are in place and staff are well trained in cases of emergencies and exist point is visible
• Prioritizes work based on emergencies
• Ensures safety in workplaces by minimizing occurrences of risks and hazards
• Submits monthly reports to the General Manager and camp boss before deadlines
