Job title: Maintenance Superintendent- Onsite Oilfield Team
Location: Kampala, Uganda, Mobilized to Albert Lake, construction sites or other cities it required

Primary function:
• Fully in charge of oilfield equipment maintenance and management:
• Response for oilfield equipment and facilities integrity management:

Responsibilities:
• Execute pre-production preparation during project period:
• Participate in engineering work, audit and supply technical support and advice related with equipment and maintenance during design, construction and pre-commissioning:
• Prepare new oil field commissioning and start up plan and organize execution: Collect and follow up equipment related issues left out by engineering:
• Emergency response as per Emergency response plan, coordinate oilfield manager to carry out emergency handling:
• In charge of oilfield onsite equipment and facilities maintenance and management;
• In charge of oilfield maintenance team personnel management:
• In charge of equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance and management, ensure equipment running normally, prevent damage and reduce down-time:
• Organize equipment maintenance, modification plan, and quality control
• Coordinate different discipline work for maintenance, provide constructional advise for equipment troubleshooting:
• Organize equipment maintenance procedure creation, updating and improvement:
• Maintain equipment status and parameters collection and report, prevent abnormal or equipment damage happening during production to minimize down-time;
• Review and approve maintenance related spares Conduct onsite maintenance related national staff training program and career development:
• Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical, Instrument Electrical engineering or the related engineering.
• At least 8-years' experience in Oil & Gas industry maintenance including 4-years oilfield onsite experience and at least 1 year Senior maintenance technician experience.

Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of mechanical or instrument or electrical Experience with equipment maintenance and management

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 84

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
