Background information about the job or company:
The Cash Management Product Development Manager will be responsible for providing product solutions and developments, supporting revenue generation, and coordinating sales initiatives with various relationship managers and officers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on Cash Management product conceptualization, development, and roll-out
- Ensure timely implementation of payments and collections products
- Drive revenue growth from Cash Management products
- Develop and support new product initiatives
- Provide product training to staff
- Manage product portfolio analysis and utilization
- Implement and review product program guides for compliance
Qualifications:
- University degree with Upper 2nd Class
- Professional qualification in IT or project management is an added advantage
- At least 5 years banking experience with 2 years in Cash Management & E-Banking
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Lead on Cash Management product conceptualization, development, and roll-out
