Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven, and proactive Marketers and Sales Personnel to join our growing team at iGourd Technology. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, including POS systems, thermal receipt rolls, and hardware to individuals and businesses. The role demands confidence, excellent interpersonal communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify, approach, and engage potential customers in the field and online.
● Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
● Achieve or exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
● Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
● Collect feedback from clients and report to the team for product improvement.
● Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Prepare and submit daily sales reports and updates.
Job Requirements
● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role.
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
● Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
● Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.
● Familiarity with POS systems or retail technology is an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
● Monthly base salary (depending on experience)
