In this role, you will:
Build and grow communities of MSME customers
Champion the customer voice across the business
Create engaging content and localized experiences
Use data and insights to improve retention and satisfaction
Collaborate across teams to deliver impact
If you have 3–5 years’ experience in community management, customer success, or marketing (preferably in fintech or MSME-focused sectors) and can blend creativity with data-driven decision making — we’d love to meet you
