MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years’ experience in the related field.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communication or any related field.
Proficient in content marketing theory and application
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms
Exceeds at building and maintaining business relationships, online and off.
Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics
Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
