Job Summary:
The Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for proactively selling the hotel’s products and services to achieve revenue targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting site inspections, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and prospect new corporate, government, and individual clients to generate room bookings, conference sales, and F&B revenue.
Client Servicing: Respond to inquiries promptly, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads to convert them into confirmed bookings.
Site Inspections: Conduct professional and engaging site inspections for potential clients.
Promotional Activities: Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and in-market sales blitzes.
Account Management: Maintain and update a database of clients, ensuring accurate records of all interactions.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Hospitality Management.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Skills: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
