We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to own and drive our go-to-market motion, worked in E-commerce and start up-App Saas Model.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can craft and execute creative growth experiments, build community visibility and shape our narrative as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to attract and retain merchants.
- Create and distribute high-quality content (blogs, case studies, videos, newsletters, etc.) that resonates with eCommerce audiences.
- Build brand visibility through partnerships, podcasts, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
- Design and run growth experiments across channels from SEO to social to email to test hypotheses and scale what works.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to refine positioning and highlight user success stories.
- Track performance, analyse data, and continuously optimize marketing and acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or GTM roles, ideally at a start up or SaaS company.
- Are a self-starter who loves to experiment, measure, and iterate quickly.
- Understand eCommerce and merchant acquisition dynamics.
- Are confident creating and distributing compelling content across multiple formats and channels.
- Have experience building partnerships or community programs that drive awareness and engagement.
- Are data-driven but not afraid to follow creative instincts.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where you can wear multiple hats and make an impact
