JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking a highly experienced expert with a Masters/PhD and a strong background in financial inclusion, livelihoods programming, and private sector engagement. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), microfinance, and agricultural value chains, preferably in Uganda or similar contexts. A solid understanding of market systems development, inclusive business models, and sustainable income-generating initiatives is essential. The expert will provide strategic guidance to strengthen economic opportunities for vulnerable populations, including women, youth, and displaced communities.
