JOB DETAILS:
Background
Women Rights Initiative (WORI) is a Ugandan women non-profit organization that educates on human and women's rights, preventing GBV, improving sexual reproductive health, and promoting gender equality. WORI has built a GBV shelter, trained male ambassadors to advocate against violence, and runs a menstrual health project. The organization empowers women, youth, and communities, and has trained women to become community leaders.
Role Context
The MEAL Officer will coordinate monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning for WORI's Periods to Prosperity (P2P) Project and support other programmes.
