Non-Resident Graphics Designers job at CSBAG

Minimum Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work in advocacy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Experience working with NGOs or advocacy organizations is an added advantage.

a) Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for reports, policy briefs, social media, and other advocacy materials.
• Develop visually engaging infographics, banners, posters, and digital content.
• Ensure consistency in branding and design across all CSBAG materials.
• Collaborate with the communications team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Edit and refine visual content to align with CSBAG’s objectives and target audiences.
• Provide design support for event materials, presentations, and promotional content.

b) Contract

• The contract is one year with possibility of extension according to candidate’s performance
