NURSING OFFICER

ROLE SUMMARY

The Nursing Officer will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care and support the hospital's mission of holistic patient care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in wards, OPD and other units.
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Maintain accurate nursing records and reports.
  • Ensure infection prevention and control standards are adhered to.
  • Participate in health education and community health initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
