Job Summary:
MediWorld Pharma Africa Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving visitors and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor communications.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure document security.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding and record-keeping.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.
- Support management with various administrative projects as needed.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Form 6 (UACE) or equivalent qualification.
- Preference given to male candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
