Job Summary:

MediWorld Pharma Africa Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor communications.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure document security.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding and record-keeping.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.
  • Support management with various administrative projects as needed.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Form 6 (UACE) or equivalent qualification.
  • Preference given to male candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
