Little App Uganda is looking for an Operations & Partnerships Associate to join their team. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Kampala.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Manage the end-to-end driver lifecycle from acquisition to retention
  • Implement data-driven strategies to ensure driver availability and efficiency
  • Oversee daily ride operations to deliver excellent service
  • Analyze operational and trip data to identify improvements
  • Build partnerships that add value for drivers, riders and the business
  • Collaborate across teams and support projects and initiatives that drive growth

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • A degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ operational experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in tech, transport, or sharing economy is an advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
