• Key Duties:
  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
  2. Network and systems management.
  3. Maintain online systems.
  4. Software and hardware management.
  5. IT security and data protection.
  6. IT training.
• Qualifications & Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in information technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
  • Certifications in networking, systems management, cyber security (an added advantage).
  • Experience in designing online systems, troubleshooting, cyber security, network and systems management.
