- Atleast 2 years in a similar position in busy hotel
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of food & beverage operations.
- Inventory and cost control knowledge.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Presentable and well-groomed
