Pharmacy Auxiliary Staff | Full-Time | Reports to Supervising Pharmacist

  • Assist in accurately dispensing medicines under supervision using FEFO principles
  • Provide guidance on dose, timing, storage, ensuring every patient receives guidance before leaving
  • Restock shelves using FEFO, maintain storage standards, remove near-expiry stock
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and complete required training
  • Lead Continuous Professional Development sessions
  • Accurate, detail-oriented approach to medicine counting & labelling
  • Good verbal communication and patient-handling skills
  • Honest, accountable — able to report errors without concealment
  • Basic pharmacy record-keeping or POS experience (desirable)
  • Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy
  • Accredited clinical dispensing experience in Fast-Paced Environment
