Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. Dispensing Medications:
o Accurately dispense medications following standard dispensing guidelines.
2. Patient Education & Counseling:
o Provide essential education and counseling on medication use and adherence.
3. Collaborative Care:
o Work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.
4. Quality Assurance:
o Participate in quality assurance audits and perform periodic checks on drug use, storage, and handling.
5. Documentation & Reporting:
o Maintain thorough documentation and reporting on daily pharmacy operations.
6. Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) & Pharmacovigilance (PV):
o Engage in activities related to AMR and PV to ensure patient safety and the optimal use of medications.

Qualifications
• Educational Background: Diploma in Pharmacy or Clinical Medicine.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a community pharmacy or hospital pharmacy practice.
