Procurement of an Inventory Management System at the Electoral Commission tender job

ADDENDUM No.1

This is to inform all eligible bidders for the procurement of an [item/service name not specified in original] that:

1. The bid security amount for has been revised from
   UG.SHS.16,170,000 to UG.SHS.29,000,000.

2. The Bid Closing Date has been extended for Thursday
   24h July,2025 to Monday 28h July 2025 at 11:00 am.

   This extension will not affect bid validity and bid
   security periods.

Bidders are requested to take note and endeavor to pick the detailed
copy of the Addendum from the Procurement Disposal Unit Office,
Electoral Commission.
