JOB DETAILS:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To perform all responsibilities involved in the production of the company’s products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES UNIQUE TO THE ROLE
Responsibility
• To conduct various duties like assembling of raw materials, operating machines and testing of products to ensure the effective production of quality ceramic water filters. 40%
• To participate in the assembly and packaging processes to ensure that quality products are distributed from the factory. 40%
• To comply with the SPOUTS standards of conduct, applicable policies and legislation to ensure safety at the workplace.10%
• Any other roles added from time to time concerning departmental objectives 10%

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• O’level or its equivalent

Experience
• Proven Experience in working in a factory environment.

Languages
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
