Job Summary: SurePay Limited is looking for proactive and skilled Products Leads to support the product development and management process. Here are the 4 roles

Product Lead – Payments Product Lead – Savings and Loans Product Lead – VAS (USSD, SMS, Data) Product Lead – Partnership and Innovations (Consultancies, Capacity Building, Software Development, Market Place) Key

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Perform market and customer research

 Develop product strategy and vision  Define Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)

 Write Business case

 Develop User Requirement Specificatios (URS)

 Raise Change Requests  Set and track Product Performance Analysis  Support Partner Management and Reporting

 Lead Product Innovation

 Develop Product CVPs  Lead on product pitching and demonstration

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

 3+ years of experience in product development. Preferred Attributes:

 Familiarity with Agile methodologies

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
