The Program Director provides overall strategic, technical, and operational leadership for the EYE-C Program, ensuring delivery of
impact, compliance with donor requirements, coordination with stakeholders, and achievement of program goals focused on youth
employment and transformation of Uganda's coffee sector. Ths includes aligning all program components with national priorities,
mobilizing partnerships, and financing, and championing the program's role as a catalyst in the delivery of Uganda's 20 million bags
of coffee per annumby 2030 target.
