Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a background in Electrical Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, excellent leadership capabilities, and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

Technical Oversight:
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring all electrical engineering projects meet industry standards and regulations.
• Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and technical drawings.

Team Leadership:
• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to project personnel and ensure that team members have the necessary tools and training.

Budget and Resource Management:
• Manage project budget, track expenditures, and ensure project stays within financial constraints.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

Risk Management:
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Perform risk analysis and manage risk mitigation plans.

Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Stakeholder Communication:
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience in the electrical engineering industry.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.

Skills:
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and other relevant tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
