Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client in the Telecommunication sector, we are looking for competent, Direct Sales Executives to work in Uganda.

Job Title: QSSU-AU-DIRECT SALES EXECUTIVE

Department: Home Broadband

Location: Kampala

Reporting to: Lead Direct Sales

Purpose of the Job

Responsible for generating and closing sales. This includes individual, corporate, home, and office internet sales leads for MiFis, 4G, and 5G routers.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

Sales Generation

  • Make sales within assigned territories and focus areas.

Customer Database Management

  • Onboard and activate new customers.

Market Development & Customer Service

  • Support handling of customer escalations.

Market Activations

  • Identify and conduct market activations.

Meetings and Reporting

  • Submit daily reports before close of business (sales, pipeline, challenges/issues).
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as scheduled by the supervisor (both regular and impromptu).
  • Adhere to routes and journey plans as directed or agreed upon with the supervisor and sales lead.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies.

Decision Level

Prime Responsibility

  • Has final decision-making authority and is accountable to management.

Shared Responsibility

  • Participates in decisions made jointly with peers on a collective basis.

Contributory Responsibility

  • Makes significant contributions to decisions or policy judgments made by others.

Impact of Position

  • Contributes directly to revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Supports customer satisfaction through service and issue resolution.

Impact on Customers

  • Mainly external customers, with some internal interaction.

Key Competencies (Demonstrate)

Skills Critical to the Role

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Preferably below 30 years of age (male or female).
  • Energetic and willing to spend 8–10 hours in the field.
  • Well-groomed and presentable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (ability to build working relationships with co-workers).
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
  • Results-oriented with strong execution ability.
  • Strong selling skills.

Educational Level

  • Diploma or its equivalent.

Working Experience

  • No prior experience required.
