On behalf of our client in the Telecom industry, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Sales Team Lead to work on site

Job purpose:

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of B2B and B2C fiber sales agents to ensure consistent performance, discipline, and achievement of sales and renewal targets. The role focuses on daily team management, proper attendance, timely reporting, and active follow-up to ensure the team achieves at least 75% renewal rate and 80% of monthly sales targets

2. Target Achievement Oversight

3. Renewal Performance Management

4. Reporting & Compliance

5. People Management & Support

Requirements

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

2. 1 + years of experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications or internet services.

3. Proven experience leading a sales team with measurable results.

4. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics.

Required skills and competencies:

1. Strong leadership and people management skills.

2. Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills.

3. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
