Background
Undertake online and physical quality assessment to ensure effective product quality.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Check and ensure correct machines settings and operating procedures
- Carry out timely and online tests of weights, thickness, density, penetrations across the production stages
- Check product quality at every batch stage before release to the subsequent production stage
- Regular update and display product traceability label for every batch of WIP at every production stage
- Undertake laboratory tests and re checks for non-conforming products
- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions in case of customer complaints
- Timely update and display of quality control test results and corrective actions
- Documentation of operators report for correct reporting parameters
- Provision of regulator feedback operators, production supervisors
- Preparation of online quality inspection daily, weekly and monthly report
Qualifications or requirements:
Education and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial chemistry. Science Technology, Chemical Engineering/Production Engineering/Metallurgy
Working Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting.
