We are looking for a suitable candidate to take on the role of Quality Assurance Coordinator.
Job summary:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator will support the QA Advisor in ensuring the implementation of quality assurance and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities across healthcare facilities supported by the USAID Urban Health Activity. The Coordinator will assist in the development and monitoring of QA systems, support capacity-building efforts, and collaborate with healthcare providers and district/city health teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services in maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH), family planning and reproductive health (FP/RH), malaria, global health security, and nutrition.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, midwifery, clinical medicine, Health Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, or health systems strengthening.
• Strong knowledge of Uganda’s healthcare system.
• Ability to manage QA processes, monitor performance, and prepare detailed reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis skills.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
