Quality technician job at M-Forte

Job Purpose:

Conduct products, material test, diagnosis in accordance with the set quality standards.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and consistent diagnosis in accordance with the battery diagnosis standards
• Accountability and reconciliation system for claim batteries
• Maintain proper working conditions and calibration of equipment (battery chargers, high rate discharger, hydro meter, thermometer, voltmeter, clamp meter)
• Preparation of wastewater treatment chemicals
• Monitor and report the operation of the wastewater treatment plant, submission of random samples for wastewater tests in laboratory
• Routine cleaning of scrubber system with caustic solution
• Regular communication with customer support services and attendants
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Compliance with the health, safety regulations, personal safety and machine safety

Education and Professional Qualifications:

Diploma in Science Laboratory, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering

Working Experience:

A minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing setting
