Description
Roofings Group is the leading manufacturer of quality steel and plastic building products in East Africa. We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated, technically experienced, and competent persons, with zeal to perform beyond expectations and excited to Join a (30) years leading steel manufacture

Responsibilities
• Receiving, verifying, offloading, and proper storage of Raw materials.
• Prepare GRNs for all Raw materials (GRN) in SAP.
• Daily Payment tracking for all import payments and reporting on any outstanding payment.
• Daily Raw materials and Trading items order situation.
• Ensure all imported items are Cleared out of customs and delivered at the factory.
• Issuing Raw materials to production as per requisition daily.
• Requisition of necessary materials, monitor usage and maintenance.
• Regular Stock Reconciliation.
• Training of subordinates, supervise and proper work allocation.

Qualifications
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting, EACFFPC
• Diploma in Customs Clearing, forwarding and shipping Management is the added advantage.
• At least two (2) years of working experience in a similar position.
• Customer-service skills
• Should be a team player.
• Ability to work independently and yet be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to meet deadlines and should be able to work outside normal working hours when deemed necessary
